About Work Readiness
Under the leading of the Lord, the Work Readiness/GED Ministry strives to enhance employability of those within the community we serve.
We provide tutoring to prepare students for the high school equivalency test (GED or HiSet), assist participants in creating effective resumes, train in effective interview techniques, and help participants develop soft skills that employers seek in potential candidates.
Our goal is to not just help individuals secure employment, but also to assist them in developing skills for sustainability in the workforce.

Volunteer & Donation Opportunities
We can use volunteers to coach individuals through the GED process.
We can also use non-perishable snacks.
Supplies needed: Composition notebooks and spiral notebooks.
We will soon share an Amazon wish list and library build for reading material to update our library.
